6 Netball shooting tips to improve your play…


 For developing your shooting skills in netball you need a great amount of practice,and that mastering the technique you need a great amount of time and patience.If you are a gloabal shooter or Goal attact these are the skills you are going to take some to be comfortable with it.
Since you and other are in charge of every shooting opportunity,winning or losing realy hang in the balance to how well you know your staff.
Use your knowledge of netball shooting tips and netball shooting techniques to make yourself hero on your team.

1.Practice..


Spend a lot of time boasting your success rate by training.Go early to your practice and spend extra 15 to 20 minutes everyday sharping your skills.Sometimes ask your coach about your training tips and tricks to improve your playstyle.

2.Resting Time 3 sec..


You have three sec. which doesn’t seem much but once you get comfortable with what your body should be doing,3 sec. is more than enough.

3.Balance and Stance…


Bent knees,a shoulder width stance and proper grip are essential for maintaining your bodys balance while shooting.The power for shooting comes from your legs so when you are shooting,bent your legs and be steady.Wait for your arm and legs to begin streanthing for your shoot,when  you are ready,take the shot.

4.Griping


How you hold your ball is really vital.Your shooting hand gives you power and spin your supporting should be holding the side,helping with the aim.

5.Focus


Don’t focus on your blocker and pretend you are at a normal practice.Do your best for concentrateing only on your shot.With the goalpost directly in your line,it is really to imagine that they will be able to intercept your shot.

6.Rebounding


If it happens that your attempt doesn’t score,but you have remembered to spin the ball backward with your wrist during your shot,the ball should be bouncing back.Afer release follow the ball to the ring,get after it.Even after all this if you happen to miss the shot,make up for it by getting the rebound by going for the second shot.

6 Awsome Drill for Netball for you to learn

Practicing to be the best netball player that doesn't mean completing the same drills over and over again.

Inject some fun into a sport that can get sometime a little to serious.

Add some more off these netball exercises routine daily a little by little.This way it will be more interesting game.

BOB

First you need to make two parallel lines with two players.The two players in the front
should be holding a ball standing facing the passer.
They should be long away from the passer.
To begin, the passer throws the ball to the front player.She then throws the ball back to the player and bobs down.Each person follows the suit until last person receives the ball, without passing the ball she runs with the ball and exchange spots.

Then the passer runs to the front line and the rest of the team do the same cycle again.When the original passer runs back to the starting point,the game is over and the teams yells "Finished".



Tail Chase

In line formation,three players link by holding their waist.Each teammate that isn't in line tries to tag the last player in the shake formation while the two front player trying to defend themselves.

Hunting Tag
First divide the group in two small teams,pick a group that will be pray and a group that will be hunters.The hunters will begin with the ball,and seek the members of other team.A pray team member can only be captured by a hunter who has the ball.Play the game under normal Netball rules.

Hunting Group

It is similar to the Tail chase and hunting tag,hunting group takes on both characteristics.While using two third of the court,the person who is 'it' attempting to tag other players.Each players link hand as they are tagged until one player left.

Look out

Half of the player stays in the center third and half in the goal third, give both team the same amount of balls (four to six). Each members has to throw the ball to the third player while also trying to snatch the ball that are coming from their opponents.Bounce passes are not allowed.

River Dance

This game is played with 2 players.While holding one another by the shirt,arms or shoulders they attempts to tag the others feet with their.You can pair up all team members and the winner match up and compete with each other.
